Health & Safety

Covid-19 Measures

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made some changes to the way we operate.
Keeping you and us safe is our top priority. At Event Video Pro, we have health and safety procedures in place to protect both our team and our customers.

As coronavirus impacts society and our day-to-day lives, we have implemented new safety precautions, including:

  • Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitiser,
  • wearing face masks,
  • following social distancing guidelines,
  • and regularly disinfecting equipment.

With the COVID-19 outbreak, the world has changed forever but we are ready to tackle the challenges that our industry is facing.

Location Filming for London and the UK

Like many businesses, we were forced to shut down temporarily but we are back up running now and resuming our location filming services, so we are able again to fulfil most of your filming requirements. Please note that before each shoot, we will carry out a risk assessment to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved. When planning to film in an interior setting, we encourage our customers to choose a location that provides more space than would normally be required for filming. This is to ensure social distancing requirements can be maintained at all times.

To mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19 when on location, we continue to work with minimal crew only.

If you’re feeling ill, please stay home.

Until further notice, we will not charge a cancellation fee for shoots that do not go ahead due to safety concerns during the coronavirus pandemic.

Hygiene, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Face Coverings

We always carry with us hand sanitiser and will wear a face covering at all times to protect you and others.

Upon arrival at the location, we will wash our hands thoroughly or use hand sanitiser.

We are also regularly disinfecting all our equipment, so you can be sure that everything will be thoroughly cleaned before we meet with you.

Social Distancing

To comply with government guidance, our staff will maintain social distancing wherever possible. We also try to minimise contact with others.

Whenever possible, meetings will be held via telephone or video conferencing tools.

Working Remotely

Our editors continue to work from home.

Fighting the disease is our joint responsibility.

COVID-19 spreads primarily from person to person. Follow these 6 simple precautions set out by the WHO to protect yourself and others:

  • Clean your hands often
  • Cough or sneeze in your bent elbow - not your hands!
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Limit social gatherings and time spent in crowded places
  • Avoid close contact with someone who is sick
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
